  • Negotiation and drafting of agreements in general, including for the supply of equipment, joint ventures, infrastructure sharing, and loans;

  • Advisory services in procedures to create laws, decrees, and normative rulings in the Brazilian Congress, Ministry of Communications, and the regulatory agencies.
